A minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid a $75 + GST cancellation / rescheduling fee for any change or missed in-vehicle lesson.

Instructor’s responsibility to remain at the meeting place for 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, after which the in-vehicle lesson is considered a NO-SHOW.

NO-SHOW POLICY — In the event of a no-show for any reason without prior notice, the student will be charged the full fee for the 2-hour lesson.

Partial refund can be calculated based on how far along you are in the course, if you are not planning to complete it for any reason. An administrative fee of $75 + GST will be charged.

The online course is non-refundable once the access link has been provided, and a fee of $150 will be charged.
